Individual Sound Healing Session
Experience a personalized one-on-one sound healing session created to support your unique physical, emotional, and energetic needs. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, restore inner balance, and promote deep relaxation and overall well-being.
We begin with a brief conversation and intention-setting practice to understand what you would like to focus on. From there, you'll be guided through a customized sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, allowing the vibrations to encourage deep rest, release tension, and create space for renewal and healing.
